Amenities: Each apartment is approximately  600 sq. feet with separate living room, full-size kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower combination and bedroom with large closet.  Each unit has a HDTV master tv antenna jack allowing free access to approximately 30 digital channels at no extra charge.

The units are set in a spacious courtyard.  The property is landscaped with trees and hedges. There are on-site laundry rooms. This is a quiet complex, accessible from only two roads. 3 sides of the property are walled or fenced.  Property borders the “Tennis Club Condominium” and  “Hidden Harbor Condominium”.

Great prices: $750 a month.  The price includes a master TV antenna and garbage services.  The rent is below market value – owner wants people to stay.  Some tenants have resided at the complex for more than ten years.

One Year leases:
First month’s rent is $750, plus a $750 Security Deposit.  (There is a $25 non-refundable application screening/background check fee, per person.  Two people maximum per apartment.)  (No prior evictions.) We are seeking people who respect the rights of our other tenants to live in a quiet environment, therefore, we ask loud, rowdy people to seek an apartment elsewhere. Pets:  Cats, birds, small dogs ($150.00 non-refundable pet deposit.)  2 max., only one dog allowed. (All dogs must be approved by the office.)

The complex is located in  the city of Fort  Lauderdale and are  minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale, the Galleria Mall, the beaches, and walking distance to trendy Wilton Manors.

Directions from I-95 from the North: Take Exit East Oakland Park Blvd., take a right (south) on Andrews Ave.  Continue until you get to NW 17th Ct.  Boardwalk Restaurant is on the corner.  Turn right, cross intersection with the stop sign, keep going straight and around the curve.  Take the first left, and then the first onto NW 17th Place Ext. which ends in the apartment complex.
